Loudoun Soccer will be holding Technical Training Academy (TTA) this spring (2012).

Program Description:

The RTTA is a program designed for the Rec Player who wants more without the commitment of the travel program.  Friday evenings a USSF Licensed coach who has played professionally or at the collegiate level will train each player.  The sessions will focus on developing the technical skill of each individual, and the tactical application with in the game.

The RTTA includes 6 professional training sessions that will focus on dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, 1 v 1's individual attacking and defending.

RTTA training shirt for every participant.

U9-U12  5:00-6:00 pm
U13-U19 6:15 - 7:15 pm

To present the next evolution of the recreation program, we will be holding four regionalized meetings. At the meetings we will discuss the future of Loudoun Soccer, and how your child can get the most out of his/her soccer experience. Please bring questions and any new ideas that you may have, as we are always looking to improve on the fantastic program we already have in place.

The meeting schedule for this week has been postponed until March due to facilities issues. Please see new dates and times below.

Loudoun Soccer is currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent part-time accountant (20-25 hours per week - hours are flexible). Position will support the Director of Operations. Candidates must have an Accounting degree (CPA a plus), along with 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping/accounting experience. A thorough understanding of general ledgers and financial statements, and advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks a must. Compensation: $20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

The Accountant will be responsible for:

•             Manage the accounts payable function
•             Preparing financial reports, projections, and budgets as necessary
•             Reviewing GL reports to ensure timely and accurate recording of income and expenses
•             Prepare monthly close and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
•             Prepare balance sheet and P&L variance analysis
•             Assist in the preparation of the financial statements including cash flow forecast
•             Process monthly recurring journal entries
•             Assist in payroll processing (ADP) and bookkeeping
•             Assist in financial audit
