Learn more about coaching youth soccer by earning an "F" coaching certificate, "E" coaching certificate , or "D" coaching license, from the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA.)  Click on the course name above for more information on each course and when courses will be held in Loudoun.

F Course 
The "F" is the first step in coaching certification. This one day course covers the basics of coaching. Candidates who complete the  course will be awarded an F certificate.  There are three types of F courses ("modules") depending on the age of the players being coached:
U6/U8   -   U8/U10   -     U12

E Course  
If you are coaching older youths (U10 and up), consider the "E" certificate course. This 18 hour class covers teaching methods, soccer exercises, strategy and more. There is a non graded take home exam. Candidates who complete the course will be awarded an E certificate.
