Loudoun Soccer needs age group coordinators in every town to form teams in each of the designated recreational league age groups.  The coordinators work with their corresponding regional commissioner to determine team counts, identify coaches for teams and assign players to teams.  The coordinators provide rosters to their coaches at the beginning of each season and distribute trophies to the coaches at the end of each season.  Most of the work is done in the four weeks that precede the start of each season.  After the season starts, additional work is primarily related to changes in team rosters (adding late registrants or moving players between teams).
